Any counsellor, therapist or trainee counsellor begining practice, looking to increase knowledge and expand their professional expertise.
Why do we dream? For that matter why do we sleep? What are nightmares? And how do we work with dreams in the therapy room? Dreams have long held a fascination for humans since we became aware of them. Freud called them a window to the unconscious. In this training we will explore what dreams are and how to work with them.
