I have been working as a counsellor since 1994 and as a Gestalt Psychotherapist since 2002, supporting people through a wide range of mental health challenges, life transitions, and personal development journeys.
Therapy is not only for those experiencing mental health difficulties. It is also a powerful space for growth, self-discovery, and change. Whether you want to build confidence, improve relationships, navigate life’s challenges, or gain a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy offers the opportunity to develop greater awareness and create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach integrates Gestalt Psychotherapy with other evidence-based modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR. My practice is trauma-informed, inclusive, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
I offer one-to-one therapy, couples therapy, personal development groups, and clinical supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists. I also provide a range of CPD training opportunities for counselling and psychotherapy professionals.
Alongside my private practice, I work with schools, organisations, and workplaces, delivering mental health awareness training, therapeutic support for students and staff, and employee wellbeing programmes addressing stress, resilience, and burnout.
If you would like to explore how we might work together, please get in touch for an informal conversation about your needs. Email or text is usually the best way to make initial contact, as I often keep my phone switched off while working with clients.

My third book, To Know No Self, will be published soon. It offers a comprehensive exploration of mindfulness as a pathway to understanding how our sense of self is constructed through our relationship with experience, identity, and the continual processes of having and doing.
Drawing on contemplative traditions and psychological insight, the book examines how we become attached to impermanent states and mistaken assumptions about who we are. By seeing through the illusion of a fixed, separate self, we can begin to discover a deeper sense of freedom, presence, and our true nature.
