This book takes on the daunting task of unpicking religion and the ontological self. It exposes the mechanisms by which religion creates and upholds neurotic behaviours.

Things left Unsaid - Poetry and prose from the Therapy Room

This collection of poetry and prose is born of countless interactions between therapist and client. Where I meets thou, in the space between. In that moment of contact we may explore love and loss, responsibility and isolation, grief, sadness, and everything in between. These pieces are an attempt to capture some of my experience, and those shared by my clients. In trying to comprehend what is often incomprehensible, poetry offers the possibility to explore abstract concepts and powerful emotions, whilst retaining connection to the self.
